Dr. Xavier Blanco Criado is the founder and senior physician at Elite Medicine, bringing years of clinical excellence and compassionate care to every patient interaction. After completing his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2021, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening a family-owned medical practice focused on personalized, patient-centered care. His mission is simple: to truly listen, understand, and address each patient’s needs with precision and empathy.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Blanco developed a deep love for baseball—a passion he now shares with his son as a little league coach. Outside the clinic, he enjoys training for his first marathon and cherishes spending quality time with his family. His leadership, warmth, and dedication to wellness are at the heart of everything we do at Elite Medicine.
