Ingrid Cortés is the organizational backbone of Elite Medicine. Born and raised on the northwest coast of Puerto Rico, she earned her medical degree in 2015 and has since built an impressive career supporting clinical teams in both primary care and pediatric settings. As Clinic Manager, Ingrid ensures a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient—balancing compassionate service with operational excellence.

She’s deeply passionate about improving health outcomes through teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving. Outside of work, Ingrid prioritizes family time and enjoys staying active with regular exercise and outdoor activities. Her leadership, warmth, and dedication make her an essential part of the Elite Medicine experience.
